Construction Management services for the expansion and upgrade of the existing Central Plant including electrical and mechanical infrastructure upgrades, addition of one 650 ton chiller, one 650 ton cooling tower, three 8,000 BTU heating hot water boilers, two gas-fired 6,700 BTU steam boilers, two packaged air handlers, medical vacuum and air upgrades, new water softener system, brine system upgrades, new 10,000 gallon fuel oil (diesel) underground storage tanks including pumps and piping, and two 1,250KW Cummins emergency power generators with 60-gallon day tanks. Architectural and structural upgrades included: new foam roof system, additional structural roof support systems, new equipment housekeeping pads, float and finish all doors, new interior fire rated partitions, add and/or replacement of interior and exterior doors and frames, and complete interior and exterior paint.
