JEFF BLAIR
Jeff has more than 25 years of San Diego healthcare construction experience. He has a thorough understanding of OSHPD regulations and recognizes the unique requirements of working in an operating medical facility. For eight years prior to founding BSD, Jeff successfully managed a general contracting division specializing in healthcare construction.
JIM DOCHERTY
Jim has nearly 30 years of San Diego healthcare construction experience. Jim is a licensed Inspector of Record. He is an expert in the State of California’s OSHPD standards and requirements for construction. He brings to BSD a great attention to detail, knowledge of state and city code specifications, as well as an ability to solve constructibility issues with the project team.
